In the Schmachter See or. in the Baltic Sea you can fish numerous types of white fish.
The most well-known and also the most delicious varieties are eel, Perch, Bream, Pike, Roach, Red feather or zander.

Atlantic herring: Fish of the Year 2021

The Atlantic herring is Fish of the Year 2021. The German Fishing Federation (DAFV), the Federal Office for Nature Conservation (Bfn) and the Association of German Divers (VDST) want to draw attention to the significantly reduced fish species with this election and thus put them more in focus.
